One of the reasons I post prayer letters and requests from our missionaries, is to motivate you to pray for them. Sometimes, even if we don't see it working, God answers prayer. Like if you are witnessing to someone and they seem to not hear you, God is probably working in their hearts to convict them. Think of the person as a wall. For years there has been vibrations shaking the ground below the wall. Then, one day, the wall suddenly crumbles. This has been all the prayers (vibrations) that have been shaking the wall (person). So do not be discouraged when it seems that the person is not listening. God is working in their hearts, one by one.
